The main objective is promoting the efficient use of resources through energy saving, recycling, replacement, reduction and assessment.

Romstal enhances its supply chain efficiency, advances the relationship

with its partners and improves its internal processes by implementing SAP, one of the most performant ERP software solutions.

"The 2025 Strategic Program for Development" begins,

focused on 4 strategic directions and over 300 improvement measures. Romstal Architect Plus Program was relaunched.

Romstal launched the platform “The Universe of Good Deeds”,

aimed at promoting and supporting non governmental organizations. Romstal extends Deva regional warehouse, from 5.000 m2 to 13.000 m2. There, it was implemented the first automated order processing system. Deployment of software robots that take over operational tasks from staff begins. The first 15 RPAs are deployed.

The company launched its most ambitious development plan

aimed at a rate of growth three times higher than that of the market and exceeding the barrier of 200 million euro turnover. E-commerce services was opened in new external markets, SAP and SAC for data analytics was implemented and a new competent team was formed.

Development of growth programs for the strategic divisions: floor heating, heat pumps and photovoltaic panels.

The company thrives, despite the raw material crisis, and the increase in energy and fuel prices. The sales reach 238 million euros.

Romstal celebrates 30 years of market presence.

The company's strategy shifts towards transforming natural resources into renewable energy and strengthening its private labels portfolio, reinforcing the group's position as an innovative and responsible industry leader.

Romstal emerges as the sustainability leader in the construction and installation industry.

We achieve a record score of 96 out of 100 points, according to the 2024 CST Index for our 2023 Sustainability Report, earning the Gold Level Recognition. This achievement confirms our commitment to a transparent, ethical, and environmentally responsible business model.

The group inaugurates its largest regional logistic hub in Bacau.

Expansion continues with new strategic logistics units in Bolintin and Cluj, significantly optimizing the national supply chain. This investment strengthens distribution capacity and creates new employment opportunities in key regions.
